About the PC-version

As some of you might know, I am working on a PC-version of Numbertron.

The plan is to provide an early version as a free bonus for those who have bought the MZ-version (either directly on Itch.io, via the Palestine bundle or through Sharpworks on cassette). The full version will be distributed as a separate, commercial game.

I've been working for the PC-version for a while, but there is still a lot to do. I've never made any PC-games before, and it turns out I'm not really that good at it. ;) So everything takes way longer than expected.

As a result, I can't really say when the early version is going to be ready. I was hoping to make it before the end of the year, but I'm not sure anymore. I am making progress, but the todo-list keeps growing as well.

Anyway, I thought I'd share a screenshot of the game as it looks now, just to show that I am indeed doing something. The background in this particular instance is not by me, it's a shader that was released under the MIT license. Pretty much everything is placeholder/WIP stuff. I'll talk more about the new features later on.
