Completely new demo version (PC)

Hi guys! It's been a while! Sorry about that.

I've been slowly but steadily working on the PC-version of the game, and it's sort of getting there. I'm disappointed about the slow progress, and had hoped to be done with Numbertron and doing something else a long time ago. But at the same time, I'm pretty happy about the way the game is shaping up.

In an earlier update, I said I was not planning on updating the current Itch.io version of the game. However, I've been looking at the state of the available version, and I'm not at all pleased with it.

I can't really go back to the ancient version that's been up here to fix it up, so instead I decided to make a new demo version of the game. That means there's less content in terms of different game modes (there are two now), but a lot more gameplay elements. It's also much easier to update as I continue to improve the game.

In terms of game modes, what you get here is the current full VS Multiplayer mode (extended with more options since last time), Normal Medium-sized Level (with much more stuff than before) and Classic Numbertron (which looks a lot better now). Classic Numbertron is going to be an unlockable reward in the full game, but is included and unlocked here as this version of the game is basically the Sharp MZ-version that you've already paid for.

I hope this works for you guys. As for now, this demo is still exclusive to you. I do expect to make something available for everyone at some point, and it'll probably be a bit like this demo (but without Classic Numbertron). No immediate plans for that, though.

What's new? Well, it's far too much to list really. But there is a tutorial and other in-game information now, so you should quickly get up to speed. I will say that I feel I have managed to make the game both deeper and more fun. It also looks better, is a lot less buggy, et.c.

There are still a lot of bugs and things that I haven't finished. Please let me know if you hit a bug or there is something else that is acting in a weird way. Suggestions are also very welcome, and please do contact me if you'd like to do some proper testing of the "full" version.
